Our company also provides the design and EPC engineering general contracting business of supporting solutions for the environmental construction of livestock farms (pig houses, chicken houses).

This is the fattening farm of Wenshi Breeding Community in Wangdaoyuan Village, Huayuan Town, Leling City, Shandong Province. The first phase covers an area of 326 acres. A total of 16 sets of one-to-two model pig houses have been built, with a total investment of 120 million yuan, of which equipment investment is more than 20 million yuan. It is planned to produce 115,200 live pigs annually. Wenshi Wangdaoyuan Breeding Community adopts Yuhong Technology's internationally leading intelligent environmental control system, automatic feeding system, automatic manure cleaning system and other equipment.

Yuhong Technology's intelligent environmental controller monitors six major environmental data indicators, including indoor and outdoor temperature and humidity, target temperature, and odor, and uses mathematical model operations and database approval to calculate the most reasonable environmental control plan, and sends control instructions to equipment such as fans, water curtains, roller blinds, side windows, air volume regulators, and heating systems to complete the regulation of the internal environment, the automatic feeding system has a weighing function that can achieve accurate feeding, the automatic manure cleaning system uses a high-precision meter to prevent machine failure caused by damage to the travel switch, it has a double insurance function.

Our company currently has more than 200 professional farm equipment installers. For the Wangdaoyuan Breeding Community project, our installation team entered the site for construction on August 20, 2020, and the project was completed on December 30, 2020. The installation of the entire field fence equipment, manure scraper equipment, material tower material line equipment, environmental control equipment, and power supply and water supply equipment in the house was completed with quality and quantity. After commissioning and operation, it met the acceptance standards of Wen's Engineering Construction Department and received unanimous praise from Wen's Group engineering supervision personnel.
